Cross-country skiing
About 50 meters from the house is Gubbmyren;s cross-country trail. There are 2, 5, 7 and 10 km loops and the 2 km trail right next to the house house is illuminated in the evening.

Right by the house, there is a footpath through the forest that takes you to sälfjällstorget (Fjällkransvägen 37).
There are a lot of good restaurants here and if we can recommend a few favourites, it would be Victors or Olarsgården.
If you are going to eat at home but still want to splurge a bit, we can warmly recommend the Lamb and the Pig;s deli, where you can buy good food that you heat in the oven yourself.
In Gubbmyren there is also a toboggan run for the children which is located at the top of the tramway about 150 meters from the footpath.
